i look like i've been at camp

hello!
oh boy, where do i start? it's been a few weeks at camp now - fun, and stretching at the same time!!

we did a pretty nice hike early in - a long one, but it was worth it to start the summer off on a peak!!! i'm hoping to peak another mountain the day after tomorrow. i've also been a climbing instructor - which is actually not as cool as it sounds since i pretty much just sit and belay kids all afternoon and try to convince them to actually keep going to the top of the climb instead of whimping out when they're only halfway up. HOWEVER, sometimes i DO get to go up, and then it is fun, although i'm really not a stellar climber... but they all assume i am and therefore i am cool by assosciation!

here's a crazy story. i woke up the first morning of my break last week and was sick. five days later i could barely swallow and was SURE i had tonisilitis... and then found out at the doctor that it was either strep throat or mono (NOT COOL!) so they did some blood work and everything. That night i was praying so much - everything in me completely dreaded being that sick at camp. the next morning i was almost back to normal, and the day after, i could hardly tell i'd been sick. i got the results back and all my blood work was clean. i was totally healthy. INSANE! So i know God hears me.
it's been an amazing camp for praying and seeing God move continually. all day long every day. i love it.

so that's about my life. i'm here and every day is a totally different adventure and i never really know what i'll end up doing!
